Have you tried to do a comparison to the CrossFit definition of fitness (Force times distance over time) to see how to properly balance an effective CrossFit program with this reduction of injury? In other words, CrossFits definition of fitness says that an increase in Force and decrease in time would directly link to higher fitness, but this equation links it to higher injury.

First, is there an outcome value or range of values that one can strive for when plugging in actual numbers into this equation? In your opinion, how do we use this model to effectively set our clients (and ourselves) up with the optimal ratio of values at any given time?
